Sams Limousine - Worst Service - Broken vehicles

I used them for group transportation to the Cruise Terminal for a group of 24. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.

The bus was late picking us up and the driver did not assist with luggage or anything. When we finally arrived to the cruise terminal, late, the bus broke down. Upon on our return, I requested a 9:00 pickup and they changed it to 10:00 so we were there waiting for one hour. In addition to being late again, they sent a party bus, which was unable to seat 24, and luggage.

Needless to say, we were crammed in the bus with our luggage on our laps and aisle because they told me they did not have another bus available. The party bus door did not close properly, which opened on the highway while the bus was moving and we lost a piece of luggage on I-45, which one of the passengers volunteered to get off and retrieve the luggage off the freeway. We called to report the incident, I was treated very rudely, and again was told there were no other buses available and our best option was to just get back on the bus to your destination.

They refuse to respond to my numerous requests in the business office. Very unprofessional and will never use again.

Monetary Loss: $375.
